Opuštěná 4 Multifunctional House, Brno

A reconstruction and completion of a building on Opuštěná Street in Brno, in the future center of the newly emerging Brno’s Southern Quarter. The building is located on the corner of Opuštěná Street and the newly built boulevard. Together with the investor we agreed to keep the most valuable part of the old building from 1923 – the wing facing Opuštěná Street with the main decorative facade with late modern elements. We added two modern side wings to this front wing. Two underground garage floors were built under the entire completed part. This is a classic multifunctional house with apartments, studios and commercial units on the ground floor.
